What it does

  • Plans meals around your household's tastes, equipment and budget
  • Sends clear step-by-step recipes (kitchen machine, grill, pizza oven, oven or stove)
  • Prepares shopping lists with links to your usual stores
  • Sends a new menu, swaps dishes and leaves out what you don't eat whenever you ask

What it never does

  • Never pays for you and never asks for your store passwords or card details
  • Never messages anyone in your home without your request and their own YES
  • Does not record medical allergies yet: always check product labels
  • Does not show Amazon prices or rank stores by commission

What does it cost?

It's free. You only pay your stores for what you decide to buy.

How do I join?

Anyone in the UAE with a UAE (+971) WhatsApp number: send «Hi» to +1 646 759 1829 on WhatsApp. We're opening gradually, so if the day's spots are full we'll ask you to write again the next day.

Do you buy things for me?

No. We prepare the list and the links; you review and pay in your own store app.

Can you help with returns or refunds?

No. Returns, refunds and delivery issues are handled by the store where you bought: contact the store directly. We never place orders or handle payments.

Which stores work?

Any store you use. You get a link to each product and a list you can copy. On Amazon.ae, regular items can be added together after you confirm in your account; Amazon Now and other stores, product by product. We want one tap for every store, and that's why we're talking to them.

Can our cook get the recipes?

Yes: share your private recipe page with them; the link comes with every menu. Recipe steps are in English or Arabic.

What about allergies?

Tell us the foods you never eat and we leave them out. We cannot record medical allergies yet, so please always check product labels; this is not medical advice.

Can I swap a dish?

Anytime: write for example «change Thursday to chicken». Write «no pork» (or anything you never eat) to leave it out of your menus, or MENU for next week's menu.

How fast do you reply?

In seconds, 24/7: an automatic assistant answers MENU, LIST, dish swaps and «no …». It doesn't understand voice notes or open questions yet.

Where are the recipes from?

They are our own recipes. The photos are illustrations made with AI for now; over time we replace them with real photos.

What happens with my data?

We keep only what is needed to plan your meals, in Google Cloud (me-central1, Doha). Details in our privacy notice.

Do you earn from the links?

Yes: Brainy Chef may earn a commission when you buy through our links; it costs you nothing extra. As an Amazon Associate, Brainy Chef earns from qualifying purchases. The price is the same for you. Affiliate disclosure.

How do I stop or delete everything?

Send STOP to stop messages, or DELETE MY DATA to delete your household's data.

Can Brainy Chef fill my cart for me?

Not yet. For now you get a link to each product and add them yourself, with no risk to your account. A mode where Brainy Chef fills the cart for you is in testing and not open to new households.
